I ordered two large bomber jackets, but both were made of cheap materials and did not fit properly. I actually needed an XL or possibly XXL to match US/ CAN sizing. Ignoring the sizing issue, the true value of these jackets is no more than $20 USD and not worth the $100 they claim is ‘retail’.

I am still waiting for an item in my ordered placed January 28.

Waiting for a return label to return and receive a full refund. I received two with the same color, incorrect size, plus not being suede. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

If I had a subzero option I would choose that. I ordered a set of 3 varied size wall hang baskets. They came late, after at least 4-5 weeks. They were all same size, smaller than reported, and cheap construction! But here’s the real killer, upon requesting my refund, they sent a Turkey address and offered $8 for a $42 purchase and no return support!!!

Place an order for multiple Christmas gifts on Dec 12, 2025. Started to get concerned I had not received my order. I did some research to find out my order was coming from China! I have emailed Terra House multiple times, same AI generated response, which contained zero help. On 2/16/26 our order/parcel is now showing “Lost”. I have now called Terra House customer service multiple time, your call is send immediately to voice mail. I will NEVER order from this online retailer again!

I wish I read the reviews before my purchase. My card was charged and never received the shoes. I emailed the company asking for a refund and crickets. Terrahouse.co is a scam!

Worse company I have unfortunately shopped from.

They never email you back on time even though I mailled them right after I ordered a pair of shoes. They replied few days later asking what color I would prefer, in the end 15-16 days later they mailed again saying that it is too late to cancel my order. I purchased shoes ftom here and it was the worse quality worse packing. An awful costumer service didn’t do their jobs and I had to pay 30 euros to returned. Which they don’t reply any of my emails that I informed them about the return. The worse worse worse company, ugly products.

Horrible experience. Their website is deceiving. Never do they tell you that they ship out of China, not that their main office is in Turkey. Strike 1!

Since the items were shipped out of China, the items arrived in 2 weeks. I can live with that (more or less), but when I received my pottery, all three items arrived broken. When I contacted them, they said they were sorry and that they'd give me a 20% discount. Strike 2!

When I told them not acceptable, they said they would refund me only if I shipped (and paid for the shipping) the items to Turkey. I refused.

I emailed several times for a full refund (with photos of the damaged goods), but I didn't hear back from them. Strike 3!

Thank God for Discover Card. I filed a complaint and opted for a chargeback. Only then did they contact me again saying why the chargeback; that would ruin their reputation. I told them they obviously did not care about their reputation since they did nothing to resolve this situation, but if they refunded my money, I would retract the chargeback. I never heard back from them.

I retrospect, I'm glad I filed a complaint. These people are thieves and deserve to be put out of business. Do not purchase from this website.

Ordered ‘real suede leather ‘ short boots. Took 4 weeks to arrive and I think they are made of cardboard soles of some sort. Of course they all offer you 10% to keep the item and/or give it away ,and actually you are forced to take it because it will cost you a couple hundred dollars to return to China. Sizing is totally inaccurate. Pass on this place.

Returned my item per their instructions. It been almost a month with no refund or response. I have followed up several times. Do not shop here.

The shoes I ordered took 17 BUSINESS DAYS (24 calendar days) to arrive. When it had been 2 weeks and they hadn’t even shipped yet I messaged and asked if I could possibly cancel the order. “No, sorry.” Awesome.

Completed an order for gifts. Received 2 items out of 3 after several follow ups. Never received the third item almost 3 months after ordering. After sending several emails to their support (5 or 6) I never got a response and have never received the items. Lastly, you can not tell that this site is international and the items come from China! This was identified after the order was placed and the shipping information was seen. Never order from this company!!

Do not buy from this site! They completely hid that they are in Turkey and say you can return anything, but it will cost you as much to return the product, which is not cashmere and is itchy and ill fitting. I should have looked it up! Don't make the same mistake as I did!

I didn't know that the shoes I ordered were from Turkey and I can't send them back now. They don't fit, but the biggest problem is that they smell really bad, like some horrible chemical. The material is not leather In not sure what it is!

Terrible site! Scam! I ordered a cashmere hat and what I received and what they pictured were night and day. I had a feeling so I tried to cancel my order that day but they still processed my order and I received the low quality hat. I’ve been back and forth with customer service who take two weeks to respond and told me I needed to cover return shipping costs to Turkey. Terrible!!! This site should be taken down and stop scamming people

I purchased a jacket from this company back in the beginning of December, and it took 20 days to be delivered. I realized that they were not providing shipping updates and tried to cancel my order, but they told me I would need to wait until I received the item in order to get a refund. The jacket was the wrong size and wrong color. When I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, they told me I could keep the jacket and receive a 30% refund, exchange it, or do a full refund; however, they did not provide a shipping label, and when I went to ship it back on my own, the shipping cost was more than half of what the jacket itself cost. I notified customer service and stated that I would like the partial refund instead if they were not willing to provide a shipping label, and they have failed to respond despite multiple attempts. Terra House is an extremely poorly run company and I would not recommend buying anything from them.

These thieves stole and cash 66.98 Euro but have not sent my purchase. If you send correspondence which is based in the US but purchased items come from China.you will not get a reply

This company is a complete scam- do not order from them!! I purchased a coat around Christmas- it arrived 3 weeks later from an oversees shipping company and is the thinnest, cheapest thing ever. Literally such bad quality I was shocked. I emailed them to ask how to return for a refund and they emailed back once with a list of options, including that I could recieve a 15% refund and keep the coat or mail it back for a full refund if I paid shipping. I elected to mail it back but when inquired about a return address they never responded. I have sent probably 5 more emails since and left a voicemail and have received no responses. I have a feeling this is how they operate- send cheap clothes then never respond so you can't return. Please beware and don't buy anything from this business!
