Good trainer and good equipment for testing. Well prepared and well explaining also smoothly leading the class

While I have not opened every link those I have give good clear information. The Web site is easy to use.
I rang Melbourne office on Monday I posted my unit up received email saying goods received and will be returned when calibration is complete.
Occasionally I need to get software information and mostly always available to respond with information so I can keep my customers happy.

The teacher was very knowledgeable and put a lot of time and effort making sure you understood

I would have liked more written material specific to covering the process to back up the oral information

The instructor for the face to face training was easy to understand,friendly and knowledgeable and made the course easy and relaxed.

Face to Face training at Rowville was great and Mark really explained everything.
the worst part of it is all the online questions. No Certificate until every question is approved by them... The Case Study question has really threw me off balance and i really wished that i had Marks number to get help with this ASAP The online support staff didnt really give me any type of hint "where to get the infomation from " $495 is alot of cash!! The bonus of the day for me was Mark and a healthy free lunch

All information was provided and communicated well. Equipment was the latest and the instructor was very experienced in this field.

All good, trainer was amazing during training. Training stuff well prepared and teaching skill which explaining to applicant was very easily understand and good communication with trainer.

Mark does a wonderful job of training. He is very engaging and ensures everyone understands. Going in completely oblivious you have your concerns, but very shortly into the training your mind is at ease.

The whole day was very engaging, the pace of the learning keep everyone interested

Staff involved were fantastic. Course information was well laid out , instructions were easy to follow. The virtual classroom/zoom experience was new to me
but enjoyable thanks to Geoff Waugh's professional, friendly and encouraging attitude. Also worthy of mention is Neal Ripper with his very helpful and knowledgeable assistance.

though i have 30 plus years experience in the field of electronic and electrical work i found this course very informative the course structure was very educational and refreshing it confirmed a lot of un answered points and focused on all the safety aspect of the purpose of test and tagging and worked well in hand with the modern test equipment used to conduct these tests

the online testing was also very realistic ,the only suggestion i would make is the answer sheet for the final prac test should be redone pre labelled like 4 for class one 4 for class 2 and 1 for power board and 1 for rcd test as i was confused on this point but the instructor was very switched on and accurately answered all tricky questions and covered all situations all in all fantastic best another great investment in my education.
