I ordered a green velvet material, it arrived relatively quickly (around 15 days later to Bulgaria) and in a box as not to get wrinkles as I had asked in an email (the response to my email was very understanding and polite). The material is beautiful, the perfect colour and extremely soft, looks high quality. Definitely recommend, can’t wait to use it for my dress!

Everything went perfectly fine. And this is not to be taken for granted since there is always a good organization to deliver an order flawlessly and on time.

Quick delivery and good quality fabrics. Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful. Have never had any issues.

Tips for improvement:
The only reason I am not giving a 5 is because I think the fabrics could be organised differently on the homepage, which could make it easier for beginners such as me to find what I am looking for. Maybe according to what could be done with the fabrics, rather than if it's "canvas"or "woven" etc?
Also, it would be super helpful if the little stickers that are put on the fabrics when they arrive contained washing instructions.

I have bought material from Textielstad several times now and find their service to be friendly and cooperative. If needs be, they return phone calls in a timely manner. Fabrics are well measured and posted within 48 hours. Prices are also good for quality items.
