All the products you can dream of and excellent client service

Recently ordered some face mask elastics (round ones) together with some fabric. The fabric quality is always good and nicely cut, with a nice card included all the free fabric samples and descriptions. However, I'm very disappointed with the quality of the face mask elastics. They are loose, the threads covering the elastic comes off with gentle touch, it's horrible to use it for fabric masks that are meant to be washed frequently! Do not recommend the round elastics. Considering the poor quality they are very pricy (should have bought some in Action instead).

The elastic band 3mm that I've ordered was in-stock while ordering but in reality there was no stock, it was a mistake displaying on the web site. Then waited for long weeks but still has no supply.

The filter function on the website could be better and some fabrics are missing details on washing.

Bad costumer service, i have been waiting for my money for 2 months, before that i had fabric with a stain and a fabric that took 3 months 1 arrive. I order a lot of fabric in the Netherlands and abroad, all these shops have excellent service and great speed of shipping. When anything goes wrong they fix it and discuss it with you in a timely manner. Not here, you have to wait wait wait. And nowadays all problems are caused by the corona virus, great excuse but we all have to deal with that. They are very unprofessional on the phone, cant wait to hang up on you, a customer service course would not go amiss. do not order from here, there are better fabric stores out there!
