WAS FIRST IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE UNTIL I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE 2nd PUMP, REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY WHICH WORKED FOR 2 WEEKS AND IS NOW NOT WORKING AND I AM BEING TOLD THEY WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND ME AS IT MUST BE A FAULT WITH MY SYSTEM WHICH IS FUNNY AS THIS IS A EXACT REPLACEMENT FOR THE ORIGINAL PUMP ON THE BOAT WHICH I WAS CHANGING AS IT WAS LEAKING
I HAVE NOW PURCHASED A PUMP FROM ANOTHER SUPPLIER WHICH WORKS PERFECTLY AND OPENED A CASE WITH PAYPAL

In this case, the first pump was replaced with a second, as a gesture of goodwill, as the customer informed us that it was faulty.
They then informed us that the 2nd was not working. The pumps were returned to the manufacturer, Xylem, who denied a warranty claim on the pumps as they assessed that there was no fault with the pumps, they were just incorrect for the customer system.
The manufacturer told the customer the correct model to purchase for his system, which he purchased from another supplier and this has now resolved the situation.
Unfortunately, we can not accept a return, nor offer a refund to the customer in this situation as the pumps were used and deemed by the manufacturer to not be faulty.
Paul - we are sorry you have had a difficult situation to resolve here with your boat pump, we understand your frustration and are glad to hear you found the right pump for your system in the end.

It wasn t easy to get a replacement for our pump in Germany and even not easy to get it from UK because of this Brexit !? but Louise Scott from IT supplies was patienced with us and our concern. Thank s so much . Our machine works as good as new. ( sorry for my german / english)

Very fast dispatch and quick reply to my e-mails. Packed well in 2 boxes but the original box that was inside was opened and the the pump was assembled with the ports facing opposite directions, unlike the same pump that I bought earlier from the local distributor.
