Purchased the copy santal 33 room spray and vaporiser oil. It smells divine. Products were also delivered reasonably fast.

A very long delay in delivery.

However, one candle mould was beautifully packed with a helpful reminder about wick size. No complaints about the hedgehog mould.

The pillar candle mould seems hardly fit for purpose. No channel for the base to secure the wick. No attractive packing or hint about an appropriate wick. How on earth does one pop a wick in this disappointing mould? Not at all the quality I expect from Wax & Wick room.

The supplied wicks are quite satisfactory.

Recieved most items but the ones i actually needed were not in the box. The item slip said items to follow which are the ones not packed.

If i'd known the order wouldn't be complete i wouldn't have ordered from here. Theres also no way of speaking with somone direct.

I now have orders, i myself cant complete.

Items were what I expected and got here quickly.

This is my second order with the Wax and Wick Room, it was really easy to find what I wanted ( pure beeswax) and order it.
The delivery was quick and well packaged and tye Beeswax is of an excellent quality.
My first order was when I decided I would make candles, having watched half a dozen videos on the internet I thought I was ready... until it came to ordering supplies when I realised I knew absolutely nothing however I contacted the customer support at Wax and Wick Room before ordering and they were really knowledgeable and helpful and made suggestions, honest help that had me set up and I made glorious candles.
I have been buying beeswax for many years from abroad, for cosmetics, but that isn't suitable for candle making as it is heavily processed, conversely this candle beeswax is suitable for cosmetics, and my home made leather balm, furniture wax etc etc.
It melts far more easily and evenly than the cosmetics beeswax pellets.
I am now going to try making beeswax wraps as well as some more complicated moulded and applique candles.
A friendly, knowledgeable, helpful bunch with excellent goods, well packed and reliable shipping, what more could you ask for?

Speedy delivery before Xmas. Ordered as a present so remain un-opened.

The order was over five days late and when it arrived two of the molds didn’t even sit evenly making the candles misshaped. A truly awful experience.

Only after telephoning did I get any information regarding my order.
I was told at that point that all silicone moods were made to order.
Everything did arrive well packaged and the moulds are great.
