Delivery as stated. Packing fine, have not used candle mould yet but looks good. Still rather puzzled as to the wick size for it, you don't seem to sell the one you recommend, or it has a different name.

The products from this company are absolute top quality. Really impressed with the packaging and delivery also.

Beautifully made candles, packaged so carefully with a personal, hand-written note! Wonderful product, perfectly presented, smells amazing and looks perfect with my heirloom oak candlesticks. I’ll be back!

I thought the moulds were excellent and of good quality. They were packaged well and the hand written note was a lovely personal touch. It arrived in time and the moulds have been good to use. The only thing I would say is I was a bit confused about the wick sizes suggested. For both The Old Man Winter mould and Bee Cyndrical mould no. 2 wick was suggested. The Old Man Winter candle wouldn’t even light with that wick size so after some experimenting I found a no. 6 wick burned well. No. 2 was also suggested for the Bee Cyndrical mould but I put a no. 6 in and it burnt well . Even better on a no. 7. Don’t know if you use different wick sizes but I found no. 2 for quite large candles didn’t work. Other than that I was very pleased.

Excellent service provided and gift wrapped. Neatly packaged with a hand written note inside. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

There is no area cut out on that base of my mould to put my wick! I’m using it now but I don’t think gut hole to insert the wick is central

Delighted again with my last order from Wax & Wick Room. It was beautifully packaged in recyclable paper. Loved the rubber stamp and lavender string. I have already tried my new 5"x3" cylinder mould and am very happy with the result. It is easy to use and my candle came out very pretty! And thank you most of all to Helen for the beautiful hand-written letter, complete with hand-drawn bee and beautiful wax seal! It made my day. Thoughtful, first class customer service. Will shop with Wax and Wick room again :-)
