Why not five stars , while purchased a very large qty of moulds spending well over £200,
Each mound was difficult to find as. Nearly mixed up in transport to show,? I was not able to get to stand until late in day , nobody in queue in arrival , 4 when I left as a lot if time spent finding looking for the moulds I wanted, I got a tiny discount of 1:90 on the mould from the shelf , but hearing I one of the two store holders complaining as I even helped find the moulds I was after , I clearly a customer was not moving fast enough , although disabled unseen with EDS Slipped disc and diabetic , a little thought for customers when making large purchases, should not matter how long a queue waits if I need the wicks in larger qty if which in end you had run out of, came home with two of two wick sizes missing, then I live in Kent after all that so should be able to pop by at some point, customer service needed improvement, thank you ,

Can't fault customer service for this…
Can't fault customer service for this company. I have had issues with one of the moulds.....probably user error and a tricky mould. However, they gave me lots of prompt help and advice and when I was still struggling they gave me a voucher to use for another mould to the exact same cost.
