It was the best price in comparison to other companies
Got through in the phone in a reasonable time.
The advisor was very helpful and explained everything clearly.
The only problem I had was in the feed back survey. Waited for the questions to come up but did not see them so I just gave up.

ID verification flaw.
Sadly, been asked for ID verification.
Which is fine, but I'm waiting for my new licence to arrive, with new address.
If it doesn't arrive in time, apparently I'm not insured.

Not very happy with AA response
1. Took 35mins to contact a person on the phone. 2. It took a non-AA man 2 hours to reach us. He completed his duties at 11.35 - messaged AA to request a relay van to take us home 3.When we rang AA 1.5 hrs later they didn't know anything about us. AA cud not get a relay van. 4am decided to risk driving home slowly - arrived home 5.40.
