Excellent cover for a great price
Great choices from AA. Very competitive prices too. I’d been with the same company for insurance for years but AA beat them on cover by quite a lot and that was with taking out their top tier cover. Very pleased.

I bought my car insurance from AA because the price was better than most of the others for similar cover. I checked for my house insurance at the same time bot it was not so competitive

Speaking to a real person
Speaking to a real person. Once I got past the robot, everything went well. I even got to request paperwork instead of a link to a portal or whatever. A short time ago you would be sent documents as an attachment. You could keep them on your phone. What was wrong with that?
