Acknowledgement of payment.
Having paid on-line for my home/contents insurance, I have yet to receive an acknowledgement of payment from you. Other agencies I deal with usually send a receipt of payment by e-mail.I will therefore wait with anticipation !!!

The AA was substantially less expensive…
The AA was substantially less expensive compared to existing insurer renewal quote, which had been increased by hundreds of pounds from previous premium plus removal of some existing benefits.
This was despite another years no claims.
I guess they don't want to insure EV's anymore, bit short sighted given the rapid increase in EV's on UK roads .....
