Received a threatening letter with no explanation.
Received a letter for me to pay extra money with no explanation to what its for. Email was threatening to say policy will be cancelled if not paid. How a can company like theAA can send a threatening letter with no explanation is beyond my comprehension.

Great start to AA home insurance
AA supplied the best price for this reassuring level of home cover. Taking the policy out was straightforward, with no attempts to eke out extra payments. After taking out the policy, I realised I needed to make a change to the cover. I got through very quickly on the phone and was dealt with in an extremely efficient, helpful and friendly manner.
