Totally useless
Totally useless. Basically sat on the case and did nothing for 3 and a half weeks leaving me with no courtesy car which I later discovered I was entitled to. Had to threaten legal action in order to get them to pull their finger out and actually do something. Every time I called them up they just fobbed me off.

Wheel replacement
The work to replace a pot hole damaged wheel was dealt with quickly - The staff were proactive and kept me informed. However, this would have been a 5 star review if the tyre replacement hadn't taken so long.
Just in time availability for spares is beyond the control of the garage, but flexibility by the lease company could have made the process easier.

Good service all round
Good communication, all the staff I spoke to were polite and professional, quick turnaround, repair work looks good (I just got the car back an hour ago and I’ve had a good look) I’ve owned my car since new in 1998 and it was traumatic to have a careless delivery driver hit it while parked at home so I’m pleased that the insurance and repair processes went smoothly.
