Payed for next day delivery but the courier company did not deliver within the advised time frame. I had to go and collect myself from their depot.
Also, the packaging was very shabby.

The team is only contactable by email and even though a number is provided, no one picks up. Paid for next day and delivery went to the wrong door number even though the team was contacted to ensure the right number is on the shipping label. Could not get the bag on time even though was told it would arrive!

Bought a Rains MSN backpack as a gift for my husband and he could not be happier with it. Having seen the backpack whilst in Sweden, I got a great deal on it and it arrived on the Monday having only order on the Friday. Really happy and would come back to The Backpacker.

Quick, easy, great product! Delighted.
The cabin bag was in a very large box with lots of space, no further packaging and the top of the box had caved in and was open on arrival.
Gladly the bag was perfect, but I wonder if a smaller shipping box and a bit of padding might be better.
