Bought an Eastpak Small Transverse Suitcase have previously bought medium. The small one didn't have the internal garment straps which I found useful and were in the description. I contacted Backpacker and they got back to me straight away and followed up my query with Eastpak. They got back to me the next day to say it was a mistake in the advertising and Eastpak where going to change the information.
I was really impressed with Backpacker for the way they dealt with it and kept me informed. Have kept the back as the size is perfect.

Good website with a great selection. Ordered what I wanted and I think paid for overnight but the bag took a week to arrive… by which point my daughter had left for her trip ☹️
