The two Nathan's were a pleasure to work with and the furniture delivered was excellent. Delivery was on time (no Pembrokeshire promises here) and I also have loads of praise for the gentlemen who delivered!

Very good service from the start from going in the shop in Haverfordwest and speaking with Gav to having the delivery today and to man that were clean tidy building the furniture it be first class service. Very good communication on the delivery timescale and making it convenient to me around work. Highly recommend for sofa and beds thank you very much. Definitely be telling others and using you again

I used the Haverfordwest branch and was impressed from the first moment I walk through the doors into showroom ( behind Morrisons ) , Nathen was a star nothing too much trouble without the hard sale patter ,
Cannot recommend this company enough picked the sofa on Sunday had free professional respectful delivery on the Wednesday
Plus 40% cheaper for the same sofa in dfs

Brought a sofa and beds from Gavin in Haverfordwest and as a first time buying a house he was very helpful and reliable and helped us make the right choice and quick with delivery. Called into the shop in Haverfordwest Gavin the salesman was so helpful , didn’t try and rush into a decision, we sat on various sides and chose a 3 and a 2 seater agreed a delivery day and was kept informed, sofas arrived with helpful delivery chaps who took the old suite and put the new one in place . Absolutely five star service from start to finish . We are thrilled with the new sofas

Brilliant service, didn’t rush us into deciding what we wanted measured everything to make sure it fitted, then held everything for us until the work we were doing was finished . The furniture is good quality and the sofa very comfortable. They also managed to find two sideboards and a bookcase that matched, so pleased with everything! My daughter and son in law were so impressed they went and bought two sofas from them.Will definitely use them again

Absolutely fantastic service from The Bay Furniture Company, Nathan was incredibly helpful helping us decide which sofas to choose for our first home. Delivery was simple and stress free too, myself and my partner can’t recommend them enough.

They were very helpful in both of their shops. With their help we found 2 matching small space sofas that are ergonomically designed to prevent back ache. They removed our previous L-shaped sofa too. We are very pleased with the sofas which are still very comfortable months after purchase. Thank you.

Like a Tardis inside! Great value, good quality. Willing to make a deal on multiples. Would definately shop here again delivery was from stock within 2 days as arranged. Assembled for me, old sofa taken away.

Exactly what is expected when a major purchase is being made, but let's face it, some other businesses don't give that respect.
Our one seater, two seater and three seater electric recliners are giving us great pleasure and comfort.
Don't recall date of purchase exactly, but within the last year & had plenty of time to 'roadtest' !
