Hassle then happy
Ordering process was easy and the delivery was fairly quick, however, there was an issue with the order and my emails were not initially responded to. Eventually there was a response and the issue was rectified satisfactorily. I think, to improve customer services, the company should add a telephone number to the website. It does say on the site to call if there’s a problem but no telephone number is supplied.
