Bad customer service

I mistakenly put the incorrect postal address for delivery. although sent email (could not find any other way to contact via phone) straight after the order, still not receive any response after 5 days! I have spent £50+ and looks like won't get anything. Really bad experience. Be mindful if you order from this website.
