Happy customer
The Candle holder that I received was exactly as described on the website. It took 6 days to come. The item was well packaged and in perfect condition. I did send an email and are still waiting a response. :-) But overall I’m happy and would buy from the shop again.

Issue with trying to arrange a return
After placing order realised this was not the product i was after. I emailed to request cancellation, no response. The package was then delivered and I've sent 2 further emails to arrange a return but again no response. Very frustrating as there is no contact number

Received wrong perfume
Received wrong perfume. Sent an email and requested to exchange it , received automated reply saying they will get back to me in 48rhs. Its been more than a week now and still had no reply. Sent an email using their Web service and had no success.
Too bad , because package arrived quickly , didn't had no damage to it what so ever , but customer service is awful. At the end of the day I paid 90£ for the perfume I wanted and simple reply and exchange would leave customer satisfied and instead leaving negative review would leave glowing review about their superb service.
I would not recommend Beauty Agenda to nobody!.
