Dan gave me all the time I needed when buying a bicycle, answering all my questions clearly and without fuss. No pushy sales pitch at all.
Eddie is a wonderfully talented and inventive engineer who goes the extra mile when making sure the bike setup is right for you.
All round very personable people who give you confidence and provide a first class service.

My wife located this business on the internet. Listings of their bicycles was clear by description and photos. We phoned to ask to see a particular one. Dan, the owner, was helpful in offering us a slot the next day.
His place in Ashington was easy to find. The bike on offer was clean and working fine (except for a brake which squeaked - before he cured it on the spot).

Dan offered us a sensible exchange price for our existing bike and we did a deal. Invoice and warranty followed by email.

Gave good sensible advice which was specific to my circumstance- rather than pushing a specific model. Good range of bikes at good variety of prices and explained the pros and cons to a cycling novice (me).

Great company - I contacted the bicycle exchange to get a valuation on my bike - Dan quickly quoted a sale and part exchange price and also said I may get more money if I sold the bike privately which was very honest.
Had a look at their stock found a bike that looked perfect for me and Dan arranged a viewing and the sale was completed without any hassle. I would definitely recommend

I was struggling with a road bike one size too small for me. I was looking to swap it with something very similar but the next size up. From the excellent photos on the Bicycle Exchange website I spotted something that I thought would be ideal for me size-wise. I messaged Dan to come down and see the bike. It was indeed perfect for me, and he made the exchange a very smooth and satisfying experience. I spotted my old bike in one of his recent promo shots! I adore the new bike and did the London to Brighton ride on it a few weeks later. Thanks Dan. If I can find space for more bikes I'll be back!!!

Dan was super-helpful in arranging to view and ride the bike on a Sunday morning. The bike is great. Plus, it's reassuring to know it's been serviced and there's a three-month warranty.

Dan was a very pleasant chap to do business with. The bike I bought from him was very reasonably priced and advertised in a clear and accurate way. It was in very clean condition (as new apart from a few minor scratches that had been clearly described) and had been serviced. Pick up went smoothly with no problems. 3 month warranty given. I have no hesitation in recommending buying a bike from Dan.
