Dan was super-helpful in arranging to view and ride the bike on a Sunday morning. The bike is great. Plus, it's reassuring to know it's been serviced and there's a three-month warranty.

Dan was a very pleasant chap to do business with. The bike I bought from him was very reasonably priced and advertised in a clear and accurate way. It was in very clean condition (as new apart from a few minor scratches that had been clearly described) and had been serviced. Pick up went smoothly with no problems. 3 month warranty given. I have no hesitation in recommending buying a bike from Dan.

Took my grandson to buy a mountain bike. The appointment system meant that we had the full attention and input from Dan and the team. We felt comfortable that we were encouraged to buy the right bike for our needs rather than being price driven. Bought the bike all within 30mins, took it home and haven't seen him since( joke)

Dan is excellent at communication, he didn’t have a suitable bike for me when I first contacted him, but as soon as one came in he let me know and I was able to pick it up a couple of days later. I did have an issue with the bike once I had got it home, but Dan very kindly came to my home to fix it. All in all a very good experience.

From our initial enquiry via Facebook Marketplace, our messages were answered by Dan within a few minutes and we were given helpful advice. We collected the bike from their premises the next day and whilst nervous from buying off Facebook were reassured by the clean premises, the many bikes on display and people working on them. The bikes have a 3 month warranty and my son now has a great bike that is clean and seems safe. These guys are legit and I will use them again without hesitation.

Phoned Dan on a Sunday and within an hour and a half I was driving home with my new bike. Great prices and piece of mind with the 3mths warranty he gives on everything he sells.

Dan was very responsive and quick to arrange a time to view the bike. The bike was in very good condition. Dan was friendly and approachable and gave my daughter the option to test out the bike. There were many different options in how we could pay for the bike (i.e. via PayPal, card and cash). Dan was very quick to send an invoice of the purchase on the same day. Definitely recommend others to purchase bikes from the Bike Exchange.
