I purchased a new bike from the Bicycle Lounge and the staff were very helpful making sure I made the right choice on frame size and a bike fit. All very friendly and a great service . I would recommend them and no hesitation in recommending them

I made a mistake on my purchase from Bicycle Lounge but I have to say that they were absolutely first rate in helping me sort it. The customer service was outstanding. I didn’t actually purchase anything from them in the end but they were responsive, helpful, understanding and professional. I would certainly hope to buy from them in the future. Many thanks. In February I brought my Enigma Evoke to The Bicycle Lounge after an accident, I needed a written report with costs for the insurance company. On arrival Matt immediately gave me a verbal assessment of the damage and within 48 hours I had this in writing. Once the insurance company gave the go ahead I was kept informed that parts had been ordered and 3 weeks later collected my rebuilt bike - looking like new.

Picked up my new bike on Tuesday 21st February and delighted with the advice prior to purchasing the bike, the exceptional service from Matt throughout the process and the level of service and advice on the day I picked up the bike. Round trip of over 400 miles was well worth it. All round superb service and cannot recommend highly enough.

From beginning to end and with the pandemic that stretched nearly 2 years Matt and his team kept me fully updated and delighted to have finally picked up my dream bike in early December. The bike fit and appointment was thorough and professional and everything was explained and unlike some experiences they treated me like a human being. I thoroughly recommend their service and knowledge. I just wished I lived nearer. Dominic.

Comically bad! Avoid at all costs!

Young lad has no customer service skills & needs to learn the basic art of human interaction and social skills before being employed in a retail setting.

The most appalling customer service, and I mean the WORST I have ever experienced, anywhere. Hostile, incompetent and quite frankly laughable.

I would rather spend double and give my business to people with skills, competence and knowledge.

If I was the owner, I would keep the young lad away from customers & the shop floor at all costs. Heroically embarrassing.

Faultless from start to finish. Advice on which bike and options would best suit my needs, ordering, build, keeping me up to date and finally setting up the bike when I collected all first class. Highly recommended

Ive had a brilliant experience in using the bicycle lounge to purchase the above bike. Right from them suggesting that my wife's bike was a trifle small to suggesting a bike which would suit my requirements through to the exhaustive fitting and even instructions on changing gears and removing wheels (essential for a novice like myself). Even down to offering to carry out fine adjustments to the fit if and when I decide to go clip-less. My next goal is to get some miles in my legs so I can join the bike group that is centred around the shop. Great service

Recently purchased an Enigma from here. Had a good chat about specification and the 2 stage bike fit has been invaluable in terms of comfort and performance. Bike was built and set up well, ready to ride out of the shop. Would recommend.

I had ordered a bike from another supplier but the order date had slipped, so I looked at some local bike shops.
I saw a Moda on the Bicycle Lounge website so headed over to have a look.
I explained the situation and they were very helpful and did a comprehensive measurement so I had these to hand when I ordered.
I ordered the Moda on the Monday and the following Tuesday was in for a free bike fit and take my bike home.
Can't fault the communication, attitude and knowledge of all I dealt with.
Would 100% recommend.

I recently purchased I bike from The Bicycle Lounge, having looked for titanium gravel builds on line. This was shortly after cancelling an order for a similar bike from a large British bike shop which was having difficulties in supplying the bikes they were advertising (due in large part to global supply issues related to the pandemic). So pleased I came across The Bicycle Lounge, a truly professional team…a few emails, and a quick with call with Matt to confirm availability and discuss spec, and the order was placed. Within a fortnight I had made the round trip from my home in the north east to my native north west to collect, full bike fit included - and what a great service! Nothing is too much trouble, customer care is top of the list. If I ever manage to convince my wife that I need another bike, I’ll be back in the car and down the M6 in a flash! Thanks Matt and team. And the bike and build/set up is impeccable, not that I was anticipating anything less. A delighted customer.

I bought a road frameset from the Bicycle Lounge and the service was fantastic. I’d highly recommend them to anyone considering a major purchase. They definitely went above and beyond what you might expect from a bike shop.

Bought my new bike here under the C2W scheme - easily explained how it works from their staff, they were super enthusiastic - Matt even spent an hour during handover setting the bike up for me!

I have been using the Bicycle Lounge for many many years -purchased numerous bikes & the service & help & knowledge is second to none.
I have purchased two high end road bikes in the last year & as usual the customer service is brilliant, any queries/issues are resolved straight away & the best road bikes you can buy are supplied by the Bicycle Lounge, would never go anywhere else.
I dont normally do reviews, but had to re-iterate how happy I always am with this bike shop. Cannot speak highly enough of Matt & his team
