Great guys in store at Broadstone, had 3 delivery’s to date also same day as local, Chris is super, great down to earth guy, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Will only use these guys from now on. Highly recommend 👍🏻

Went today with no knowledge of what I wanted but Chris made it easy, his knowledge is fantastic and his friendly personality made my shopping experience great. Worked together at the Range years ago 😊

They went the extra mile to get the eliquid I like and delivered it on the same day. The delivery driver, Chris was out still delivering at 1930 and still had a smile on his face. Very impressed. I’m moving soon and they have already offered to deliver any future orders free of charge. I’m moving 25 miles away from the Parkstone branch. Lovely people to do business with.

Great prices and Chris who did the delivery was honestly one of the nicest guys there is. Got it all delivered same day. All in all amazing experience.

Best vape liquid I’ve ever had

The best vape shop ever. The choice of flavours is extensive, the delivery is quick and the customer service is excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and have been a customer since I found out they existed. (A few years now)

The best vape shop around! I always buy my products here, but today Chris was extra helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right products and gave great advice on charging and safety.

Today I went into parkstone store and was greeted by the most friendlest man called Chris and he was so helpful in choosing a vape kit which wasn't the most expensive he also set it up for me and explained how to use the kit. He also went through all the flavours of juice and different strengths which would suit me and he also recommended the best flavours. I couldn't recommend Chris enough he is a true asset to the company and it turns out that they do same day delivery which is amazing as I live in Bournemouth. Thank you so much for been so hilarious and so helpful with it all and would definitely recommend you to all my friends and family

Amazing company, great selection of liquids.. too top it all off you can get same day delivery! Delivery driver is spot on, imagine ordered 8am and it comes to your house same day.. cant beat that service very happy, they have a customer for life

My experience with the Vape Shop in Poole was above my expectations. Chris is a great example of excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable, understood my requirements and gave me some great tips about my new vape and the liquids I use. To top it up, he also provides home deliveries. What more could I ask? I have been a customer to quite a few vape shops in the area but I have never received such a personalised service. I would recommend Chris to everyone, whether you’re a newbie or an experienced vaper.

I have used British vape company for a number of years now, they are fantastic! The service is phenomenal. I had Chris deliver to my flat today and, as always, turned up with such a positive and happy vibe despite the rubbish weather he is out delivering in. Chris was amazing ! I needed help as all I keep doing was smoking these disposable vapes and Chris took it out my hand and threw it in the bin and said you are never going to smoke these again there so bad for you 😂 he then tried selling me the cheapest vape in the shop and told me I don’t have to spend loads (just shows he isn’t ripping me off ) I ended up buying the middle priced one and then made sure I had it working and recommended what juices to have and I can honestly say I havnt missed my old vape at all so thank you so so much Chris

Went to The British Vape Company the other day and got the most excellent service from Chris, he was fun and friendly, with a lot of knowledge about the right vape for me. I have complete trust in his expertise! He delivered my new vape for me this evening, even in the pooring rain he was chirpy, friendly, and just a positive vibe! He came down the path in the rain wearing a coat, trousers and a beaming face to my door, so chuffed to have chosen the British Vape Company! Thank you Chris for all your help!! I have been using BVC for years, excellent variety of juices at a great price and the delivery service is big plus. There’s always a friendly face if you go in the shop. 100% recommend keep up the good work Chris 😊
