Rachel is a credit to the company.

She sorted my issue and went above and beyond. Even contacted me late on Saturday night helping to resolve a delivery issue (Which was not even their fault) I will be using this company for everything moving forward.

I am sooo delighted to have found this shop. Customer care is excellent, great range of products, and the delivery service is amazing! Chris is just the real MVP of the delivery people! Many thanks from a very happy customer! :)

The gentleman in the branch talked me through all that was required and was very polite and efficient with his knowledge and a great experience where I will be returning

We've been visiting the parkstone store on and off for 3 years. During covid when they introduced the next day delivery to local areas was amazing, super efficient and so much easier especially with having a new born baby too.
Since the store has reopened we've continued to use this service and really enjoy our chit chat with Chris when he delivers. Rachel has always been fabulous in store and communication via email has been just as good. Any questions or help is always quickly received and responses are super helpful, they always aim to please. 3 years of the 'pink one' please don't stop what your doing guys 👍
