I can’t recommend this shop more than 1000%. I have been using this shop for years. No matter what the problem they always manage to solve it with very little money spent. The customer service is amazing. Every single member of staff are fabulous and very welcoming.
Over the last few months I have had different problems with my old vape pipe and every time they have managed to fix it without cost and have given the best advice.
Chris in particular has gone out of his way to solve and fix my vape and charger, brining it to my house with a replacement battery at 8pm in the evening.
Truly the best British service you could ask for.
Thank you team and a massive thank you Chris for going over and beyond.

All I can say is this shop is fantastic, I'm new to DTL vapes and I had no idea what I was doing with my kit, Chris was ever so helpful, he took the time to go through everything about my kit, explained what juices I needed and gave me loads of options. Incredible customer service from Chris in store. I was having difficulties with my existing vape so Chris recommended a new vape, explained how it all worked and why it would be better for me.

After just 2 days I can’t thank him enough for his help as it’s the best vape I’ve ever had.

I usually don’t go in store as I order all my juices for same day delivery. It turns out Chris also does the deliveries.

This company is superb all round and I couldn’t recommended them more highly.

Chris & Debs were fantastic help in sorting a replacement Battery unit for our broken Eleaf IStick 30w. They had us in stitches (Lovely Tank & Finger of Dread) very funny. Top service.

The British vape company on Ashley Road Poole. Amazing customer service from Chris and Deb today. Went in to change a tank and ended up chatting for half an hour and leaving with 2 very happy customers and no fruit shoots!! 100% recommend this shop.

Chris and Deb and extremely helpful and make it they’re duty for you to find exactly what you need. I’ve had some trouble with the vase on my vape, but once again Chris and Deb managed to find me the correct parts so I can carry on using it.

Best vape shop around for value and great service. The staff, Dave, Debbie and Chris are the most kindest and helpful people you can meet. They're not out to sell you the most expensive products, they'll try their best to save you money. Their knowledge on all their products is amazing. Chris also goes out doing same day delivering products to you at home so you don't even have to leave the house. I can't recommend this shop and staff enough.

Haven’t needed to use another vape shop since finding these guys, friendly and helpful.

I place an order for vape liquid for same day delivery and never once in all the times I have ordered have they failed to deliver when they say they will. I never worry if I am running low as I know I'll always receive. Fantastic service every single time!
