I bought a Peugeot 2008 from the Car Centre. It was a pleasant experience; they were very friendly and efficient. The car was serviced and supplied with a new MOT. Altogether a great experience.

Due to family expanding I needed a bigger car Ross and his dad were very helpful right the way through buying my car explained everything in detail.didn’t judge when I didn’t understand what was said. Very good customer service and support. Car was immaculate and runs like a dream. I would definitely recommend and use again if needed

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE

Unless you want to spend thousands of pounds fixing a car do not buy one from here, I knew it was broke the second i drove it off the forecourt and had to call them the moment I got home with it due to throwing up fault issues left, right and Centre. At first they were co-operative and promised to fix whatever this issue was. Tried mugging me off and telling me it was due to having low oil in the car and sent me on my way. Yet again it started throwing up engine faults and then was told give it a few days which I did to then be out driving with my children in my car and my brakes fail while on the motorway to the point I had to use my handbrake to slow down. I then paid to have it put on a low loader and put on there forecourt for them to have it for 2 days and tell me it was my injectors and then it was an O2 sensor and so forth. In the space of 4 months of having the car I had been back and forth with them allowing them the chance to fix the issues as promised to the point they stopped answering my calls and “weren’t available” when I called. I then took it up with my finance company who I had been keeping in touch with the whole time this was happening for them to contact the Car Centre and speak to Brett and him tell them they had repaired the car which was far from the case. I still to this day have not recieved proof of the parts that were apparently “replaced” and when asking for these we’re threatened with their legal team. To this day 1 year on from buying the car I have had to replace the Clutch as well as the battery and all the injectors which has cost me over £1,500.
Save yourself the headache and go else where!!

Had the great pleasure of purchasing a Citroen Relay as the base van to convert into a family camper from Ross at the Car Centre & I could not be happier with how smooth the process went, the sale, vehicle handover & the V5 arrived within 3 days of the purchase.

Ross knew exactly what I was looking for & sourced the vehicle within two weeks.

I have just collected my car from The Car Centre it was an upgrade from the car I have now I can honestly say I have never had such an easier transition to my new car Ross and the team have made it so easy for me to pick my new car they are a family run business who pride themselves in treating a potential buyer with respect and courtesy they do not try and push you into a vehicle you can't afford there is no hard selling either they are all professional I can't recommend The Car Centre highly enough and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Over a period of 10 days of messages, phone calls exchanging photographs and videos with regards to a volkswagon touareg i was trying to purchase. The day of starting my 800 mile round trip to complete the deal .... out of the blue I had a WhatsApp message to say sorry its sold ?????? Shocking will never contemplate dealing with this car dealer ever again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. They’re absolutely appalling, and nothing but conmen. I’ve done 1400 miles since I got the car. It’s spent the last 4 weeks in the garage, along with two weeks in February.
1 - They made out they got me a good deal, and saved me money, when they’d added £1000 to the price of my car without mentioning it.
2 - The car they sold me has cost me £1000 so far, on oil, breaks & diagnostics. And it’s now costing me another £1300 to make it safe to drive. The turbo needs replacing, the EDF filter needs replacing, the air filter needs replacing and the swirl flaps too. They let it leave their premises with all these faults
3 - They told me the car was taxed and would remain taxed until the new owner forms arrived. The car wasn’t taxed, and hadn’t been taxed since December. I got an £80 fine for no tax.
4- The breaks were completely worn.

This is my second purchase from Northwich Car Centre. The customer service is second to none! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be using them again
