I have been dealing with the car Centre, for nearly 5 years now a lovely family run business, I’ve met Ross , Brett and his Dad, They really look after you now, and I’ve just upgraded my car, to a lovely BMW series 1. They gave me a really good price on my car, help me with the finance, and made my new car all sparkly clean and like new mot and service for when I picked it up! Would highly recommend! Thankyou!

I have bought this beautiful Honda Jazz with Ross and his father now on February, I have received a quick and efficient update about everything I need, once I’m based on London, he manage to clear out my doubts about the car and also in the day I went to pick up the vehicle I notice a small issue in the rear passenger windows wich one he quick solve ordering a new mechanism also booking a garage service near my house to be fixed.

After a wide online search for a new car, I settled on visiting The Car Centre Northwich. I called ahead and the 2 vehicles I was interested in were brought out ready. Both were in very good condition and I had free roam to look around and test drive them. The choice was made and the paperwork was made easy. Everyone was pleasant, helpful, and genuine. I have also been reassured many times that they are always ready to sort problems should any arise. Can't get better service

The family orientated atmosphere was lovely and personal. Brett and Ross were both fantastic to deal with and went above and beyond to help sort out the right car for me. Very helpful and professional, would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new car.

I recently purchased a car from here and it couldn't of been easier, no pressure into picking a certain car, they explained everything in detail and helped me feel at ease, if you are looking into a new car I couldn't recommend them enough. From start to finish has been easy, kept in touch to keep me updated, fresh mot, taxes for the year and even arranged for a new radio screen as the current one had a problem with the volume switch and they are paying for me to get fitted at a garage near to me all at no cost to myself, they even delivered the car to me free of charge, amazing company a*, if it was a rating of 100 stars that still wouldn't be enough. Fantastic service.

On the 10th of June, I took ownership of my car from Richard at the car centre. The whole experience from start to finish was of a standard that I expected from a good dealership. In fact it was more than expected. From Richard, Ross and Brett to mark,in the background, the experience was enjoyable. No need to go anywhere else if you are looking for a pleasant experience. Thanks guys,my audi a1 is superb.

I part exchanged my car with the car centre Northwich. I couldn’t fault them at all I’m a carer and I drive house to house for calls so I needed a car quite quick I only had 3 days to get a new car as I just couldn’t drive my old car anymore the engine had gone, they reassured me and handled everything for me. Saturday I met with them for the first time and test drove my new car by Monday I had filled out all the paperwork for the finance and everything drove the car off the forecourt that day. Thank you very much 🎉

So my old car broke down due to the belt snapping and it couldn't be repaired. I went onto Autotrader and found a C4 Picasso being sold by The Car Centre Northwich. The condition of the car was perfect. It was all clean and in good condition. I had concerns that I could not go and collect the car from Hartford but the guys here offered to deliver the car for me free of charge. Brad brought the car down and showed me how to work the electronic dash board which was really helpful as I'd never had a car with one before. The service provided was above and beyond and I will definitely be recommending to anyone looking for a new car. X
