I made a phone call late Friday to Ross at the car centre and being quite picky about the car I wanted . He wasn't phased one bit . " leave it with me " he said . 24 hours later he sent me pics and info on a car . It was spot on right down to the extras id hoped for but wasn't expecting. The finance was sorted , the tax ,the mot ,and a valet as well . I was kept informed of the progress and collected via a socially distanced meet within a week of my i need help call.
It is the easiest that I have ever bought a car and not once did I think I wonder how its getting on because I was in the loop every step of the way . Customer service was higher than first class so I would wholeheartedly recommend the car centre for anyone looking for a car . Thankyou so much Ross you genuinely have been amazing
