Saved me so much time buying digital cards for my team incentives rather than having to go and buy physical cards.

Based in Melbourne, Australia, The Card Network was founded with one purpose, to inspire the way people gift. We design gift cards for gifting, and we design systems to make it easier for gifts to be given. Why? Because we know it is more than a gift card. It could be a thank you, happy birthday, I love you or even a welcome to the world! Either way, it's so much more than a gift card. It is a chance to provide happiness and gratitude, and there is nothing better than that.

Great gift idea!! Quick and fast transaction and the cards are adorable. Love how you can also get digital ones so you don’t have to wait for the actual card in the mail.

So easy and flexible with values. The process took me two minutes and the card arrived two minutes after purchase. It was a great way to reward my staff for their commitment. Loved the experience

terrible user experience and even worse customer service.
Spent an hour adding a whole bunch of card numbers and pin codes to register to my name. only to find at the end that they just sent me an email for each individual card which each need the matching PIN code to do anything with. Spent ages on hold for customer service and once i got someone he wasnt helpful, just kept repeating himself and hung up on me. dont waste your time or money.
Terrible customer service. My digital gift card was transferred onto my phone wallet and now does not work instore and cannot be used online. I called to revert it back to the digital card as it does not work within the google wallet and was told they would not revert it back into a digital card. Money stealing scam.
The TCN App maybe a subtle scam for multiple digital cards.
Example:
If you were given a $100 visa card in January for the 1st time, the link and sms works quite well after many clicks.
You then receive a 2nd gift card for $100 or another amount and attempt to redeem add the card.
The TCN APP will not recognise the new card and instead keeps going back to the 1st card.
When you try to manually use the "Adding another card" function it will only show you your Phone number and asks for the Customer Ref Number. But will not accept the CRN and an ERROR message will appear. You'll probably try about 5 times, clicking this that, checking your sms link, email link etc etc. IT WON'T work!
You will then have to contact support/tcn by email for them to help add in the new card by quoting the Cust Ref Number. Calling is a waste of time, you'll have to be very very lucky.
Thus, it passes the onus on the recipient to chase up the gift card. How emotionally draining is that. For small amount - most likely you won't be bothered.
1) Some receiver might even think the link / email could have been a scam thus deleting msg or email after.
2) Deliberate stalling of value on gift card. Imagine the card given on your birthday and you wanted to spend it....and have to go thru the delay and frustration of not being able to redeem. You won't be spending that card anytime soon or if at all if forgotten or can't be bothered.
The delay - that's interest they are earning.
This is a complicated and well thought out scam.
cant use the card I was gifted. it is a HER gift card. Contacted the card network and a week later all I have is a zendesk auto reply. Card number and all contact information has been submitted. Zero care, zero communication, might as well wipe your butt with a pineapple ($50 note as its a $50 voucher).
Have previously attempted in store purchase and it also did not work. Useless product - do not recommend buying it.
One of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. The PIN on the back of was very difficult to scratch off to reveal and thus the card was locked after 3 incorrect attempts, which is totally fine as it is security, however the nightmare of the follow ups with sending the enquiry with both email and by phone clearly show this is company policy to stop refund happening. After providing every bit of evidence asked for (including my passport information!) I have received no assurance of how the review process is meant to go or how long! Never again!

Awful company. I ordered a physical card to be delivered to my sister in Australia. That was 15 days ago when it stated a 2-3 business day dispatch and it still hasn’t been delivered. I have attempted to contact the company on multiple occasions to receive emails back addressed to ‘David’ despite stating my name and that it would be 24 hours to hear and update, with no update being sent. Company is awful and is compounded by awful Customer service! I would just like my money back at this point.

Customer support really lets this company down - extremely rude and unprofessional implying there is misconduct on the receiver's end, even when provided evidence to demonstrate questionable concerns with distribution (card sent to a Lithuanian email address rather than the Australian email address produced on the invoice). No interest at all in investigating. Dodgy much? I used to use this company regularly for staff gifts and incentives but have no trust in using them again based on the astonishing disinterested customer support when it is needed. I feel others should be aware of the risks of ordering online from this company.

Read other people's review and seems like lots of people are experiencing the same thing from this company.
My friend got a gift card for me and tried to use it according to the website to purchase something online but it kept asking me to check card details. All details were correct so contacted customer service. They first asked me to take a photo of the back of the card, then asked for a receipt. It was a gift so I wouldn't have the receipt. So had to ask my friend for a receipt and she got an e-receipt which she purchased from Woolworths. They then asked me for a physical receipt, which was ridiculous.
This company is a scam. I have never experience this from a gift card company. Especially a card bought from Woolworths.

Check my profile, im not the type to complain constantly and bad review basically anyone but this deserves it.
Received a pub and bar gift card - went to dinner and tried to use it. Small bit of damage on the magnetic strip so it didnt work. No problem, I'll just make it a digital card. Oh wait, TCN app is having issue adding a digital card so I cant. Ok I'll pay myself and keep the receipt, here are the chain of events from there:
- Emailed them, no response
- Called them, on hold for over half an hour had to hang up because child needed me
- Called again, they told me repeatedly we can convert it to digital for you, explained I had the receipt for purchase, during the time where they had their digital card issue. Just wanted money debited from card and refunded. Was directed to email them. I said I did, asked for it to be escalated, the most non chalant BS 'sure ill do that' ever
- No follow up for days
- Emailed again, got a response saying they can convert it to digital
- Explained they had told me that multiple times, re-explained the request
- Email back: We can convert it to digital.
Literally the absolute worst, just give people cash as a gift - why give these douchebags money so the giftee has to deal with them and be limited by their store list.
