Based in Melbourne, Australia, The Card Network was founded with one purpose, to inspire the way people gift. We design gift cards for gifting, and we design systems to make it easier for gifts to be given. Why? Because we know it is more than a gift card. It could be a thank you, happy birthday, I love you or even a welcome to the world! Either way, it's so much more than a gift card. It is a chance to provide happiness and gratitude, and there is nothing better than that.

My 11 year old received a card as a present. When we tried to use it, it did not work. I got in touch and the answer was, they blocked the card and asked me to get in touch with the person who gave it to me. A little embarrassing to go back to the family for $30 after 5 months. Scam! Enjoy my daughters well deserved $30.

Website so easy to navigate. Large selection of gift cards. Especially impressed by the unique designs of the cards and the option to send a personal message or video to the recipient.

My experience with The Card Network was so disappointing that I felt compelled to warn others. The customer service is nothing short of appalling — unhelpful, dismissive, and at times, outright rude. Instead of resolving issues, they seem more interested in deflecting responsibility and quoting policies that favour their bottom line rather than the customer’s experience.
What’s most frustrating is the business model itself. It feels deliberately complex and restrictive, designed to trap users into spending less value than the card’s worth. In my view, it's profiteering disguised as convenience. There are too many terms, exclusions, and hoops to jump through — and when you seek support, you’re met with indifference.
A gift card is meant to be simple. The Card Network has somehow managed to turn it into a frustrating and disappointing ordeal. I would strongly advise choosing any other provider that values integrity and customer satisfaction.

Useless card and useless customer service.
I have not been able to use this card at any of the retailers listed on it. I have tried both online and in-store.
TCN do not respond to online inquiries nor do they answer their phone. 3 emails and 2 months later and I still haven't had a response.

Terrible customer service.
The TCN gift card I purchased had already been used by someone else — and I'm not the only one this has happened to. I called TCN customer service, but they said it wasn't their responsibility and that I should contact the supermarket where I bought the card.
The card was sealed. The PIN was covered. No one had touched it.
This is a complete scam. Avoid TCN gift cards!

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience – Card Useless Outside Australia
Review:
I purchased a TCN digital Visa gift card through Bitrefill, not knowing that it only works with an Australian mobile number and device. This critical limitation was not clearly stated before the purchase. After trying to activate the card, I realized I cannot receive the required SMS because I live outside Australia.
I contacted both TCN and Bitrefill. TCN refused to help, stating that I need to speak to the seller, and Bitrefill said they cannot refund a code that was already delivered. I am now stuck with a $250 card I cannot use at all.
This experience feels like a trap. If your service depends on region-locked requirements, that should be made 100% clear upfront. Now I’m left with nothing, and both companies are passing responsibility back and forth.
I do not recommend TCN to anyone outside Australia. Very disappointing and unacceptable customer service.

I received a gift card for the value of $100. When I tried to activate it, the website stated that the card needed to be linked to my phone to authenticate, but then informed me it was already registered with another phone number. When I contacted the technical support person 'Moon' they took the card details and told me the balance was now used.
In short the site has taken my money, I don't believe they can be trusted at all.

I thought that I was purchasing direct from Bunnings.
When the card didn't arrive at the allocated time, it was confusing trying to track down the progress.
The third party provider didn't answer their phone which then made it even more annoying.
Fortunately, the gift card turned up, albeit later than expected.

It's easy to buy and redeem a gift card. However, it's a bit time-wasting to activate the card after purchased.
