I am an independent learner. I did appreciate the tutors reaching out to me where needed. The part i think can be changed is the AI chat. Sometimes it was hard to reach a tutor in the emails as AI took over.

The best experience i had with Career Academy. Thank you for your kindness and support. From day one, the staff who enrolled me named Christopher very friendly and helpful. Infact the entire team were very helpful. Good thing in this Academy is , they take out their precious time and call to check how we doing in our studies wether we need any support/guidance. My assessor was best👌 always encouraged and explained nicely. Thank you team for everything. I am very happy to join Career Academy and successfully completed my studies. I'm really loving studying counseling and psychology with The career academy.

Completing my Diploma in Psychology and Counselling through online study has been a meaningful and rewarding experience. Studying online allowed me the flexibility to balance my academic work with my professional responsibilities, family commitments, and community leadership roles. This flexibility was particularly valuable for me as I am actively involved in community work and leadership within the Pacific community.

One of the most positive aspects of studying online was the ability to learn at my own pace while still maintaining clear academic expectations. The structure of the programme encouraged self-discipline, time management, and personal responsibility for learning. These are important skills that have strengthened my ability to engage deeply with the course materials.

The content of the programme has significantly enhanced my understanding of human behaviour, psychological theories, and counselling approaches. This learning has been particularly valuable in my professional practice, where I support individuals and families within the community. The knowledge gained has helped me develop a deeper awareness of empathy, active listening, and culturally responsive practice when working with diverse populations.

Studying online also required resilience and commitment. At times, it was challenging not having the traditional classroom environment, but the learning materials and support provided helped me stay engaged and focused. The experience has strengthened my confidence as a lifelong learner and has prepared me well for further academic development.

Overall, I found the online learning experience to be both challenging and enriching. It has contributed greatly to my personal growth, professional development, and my ability to support others in a more informed and compassionate way.

The lady was very nice and spoke clearly and made sure I understood and asked if I needed anymore help which I did ask another question and she helped me within seconds.very helpful amd nice

Easy to apply and seamless transition going from no study to full support. Career Academy provide you with the tools and knowledge making it so simple to study, the only issue I have currently is my own time management and thats on me. The career academy really do power students to achieve standard results without the typical educational environment pressures, holding us accountable for ourselves whilst providing all the support necessary. The team and the program as a whole, is a positive experience, so far so good 👍

The course was great from The Career Academy. My tutor l got was fantastic and very understanding when l make mistakes about submitting my documents. Only gave four stars as l didn’t understand about the written part of my course. Also if your work is not submitted and marked by the end of your course - you have to buy an extension. This was my fault as l did not read the instructions properly. Thanks Ros

The payment plan was $10 a week and no one could explain why it was changed to $25 in January where it left me paying over due fees.

I was well supported with my enquiry. She listened well, never interrupted me, never missed anything I questioned and provided further support with prompt action and follow through.

What I love most about Career Academy is the incredible flexibility it offers, allowing me to pursue my studies at my own pace. This means I can manage my time effectively and balance my other commitments while still making progress in my education. Additionally, the customer service has been outstanding; whenever I called or emailed, the response was not only excellent but also incredibly fast. I truly appreciate the support I have received throughout my learning journey. Thank you so much for everything!

I completed the Certificate in Dog Psychology, Behaviour & Training course & I found it really worth it.
The course is laid out very well & builds your understanding gradually as it goes.
To get the most out of it, i recommend taking the time to really research for the assessments.
The course also has a great forum for discussion & a great tutor Rachael readily available to help in anyway.

The staff Was always very supportive during my studies. Rita Tran was jus so amazing at all times. She was very patient and supportive. Whenever I had a problem with understanding something my tutor was ever so willing to assist me. Great supporting system for learning online.

I have been teaching for 29 years now and reading through the material hit home on so many fronts. I kind of understood but the resources provided in this course were so clear and made me understand in depth the triggers and how people get angry and the different levels. I really enjoyed doing this course. I copied all of the course readings into a word doc and made my own booklet which helped me answer the questions in detail and in depth..
