You won't know this website is a scam until they take all your money.
The assignments are painfully easy, I never got anything wrong which is bizarre because I know I had mistakes, that's the whole point of submitting a draft. I should have done my research before I committed.
And now that I've completed the course OVER TWO YEARS AGO, i still have not received my certificate.
Complete scam and I cannot ever get that money back which is a real shame considering the state the world is in right now.

Im not able to use the link for xero to sign up. I have followed the instructions and still not working. I did pulled out from the before 10 days period. They told me they will send tablet to help if it will work. Since then I haven't heard anything. I shouldn't listen to my gut and quit and try again later. But now i have to continue paying the course that im actually not able to have access to.

Cancellation Issues!
Yes, the customer service is great, but do you actually do what your asked?
I had cancelled my studies within the 10 days period through email and phone call last month in which the employee I had rung said would be completed, but $15.00 was taken out of my account this week and I still get emails from you. Maybe there was a miscommunication amongst your staff but I'd prefer it to be dealt with now before I have to deal with it in person. I dislike having to repeat myself

The support staff are always polite and…
The support staff are always polite and friendly. They pronounce their words clearly, and this counts a lot when speaking to people with different accents. They endeavour to solve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible, offering solutions I did not think of at the time. Always wonderful to speak to them.

Feedback on Learning Experience
Learning through a combination of text, images and videos is much less tedious. Knowledge points are easier to understand and grasp. Overall, I think this way of learning is very good.

I haven't studied for nearly 20 years…
I haven't studied for nearly 20 years I've just turned 60. Just to be able to stimulate my brain again. My problem is retaining information. The material is easy to understand and not over my head. And to actually achieve certificates is cool. I love achieving things and this is a great way forward. Also the comments from my markers is awesome
