The order was dispatched very promptly. It is a birthday present for my granddaughter. I was very pleased with the quality and style. I have a few more days to wait before the gift can be given. I know she will like them and hope that they fit.

We were incredibly impressed with how efficient all staff were responding immediately to our complaint. Sadly our daughters school shoes had started to erode from within after only 5 months of wear? The poor girl returned to school at the start of this term to discover GREAT discomfort. We immediately shared this with the shop owner and she instantly responded. Inviting us to return with shoes, refit & exchange for no extra cost. We were so impressed with how we were treated, that I was keen to leave a review and will not hesitate to return for more school shoes in the future! Thank You so much :-)

My daughter won’t be home for another 2 months they were delivered to a neighbour they live 200 miles away 😡so I doubt I will see them until they are to small

Sadly our local independent children’s shoe shop shut down before the summer so we decided to make the hour & 20min journey to try the Children’s Shoe Company for my eldest’s school shoes & my youngest’s first ever pair of shoes.

Thankfully the journey was worth it. My eldest has to have orthotics & so fitting do needs someone with experience which we found. The shop also catered for her needs with good structured shoes.

We have since revisited for a sizing check & to buy the biggest some winter boots. We saw a
Different member of staff this time but it was clear they too were equally qualified & spent time trying different types of boot to ensure a good fit with the orthotics

The shop offers lots of excellent brand which promote good foot health for growing feet. There is also a nice range dance shoes/uniforms, clothing & accessories.

Set in the lovely town of Marlow, we now look forward to our trips to see the team & make a day out of it.
