My experience today was efficient, painless and efficient. I was made to feel comfortable and kept well informed throughout my treatment. The treatment area was clean and peaceful and made me feel at ease. The practitioner was extremely professional. I would highly rate this service.

An excellent service at the Cowes clinic. Very expert professional audiologist who is well trained by ENT specialty. Very knowledgeable. Extremely courteous, considerate, gentle and polite. Very good clinical acumen and excellent availability of appointment. The clinic has a great location in Cowes with free parking outside and a well organised reception area. I shall definitely be using them again and I would strongly recommend this service.

Ease of booking the appointment, very professional and the treatment always works.

Excellent service, highly recommended, ear wax removal was quick, comfortable and painless, no after effects, no self prep required with messy olive oil / ear drops etc, , Simon works quickly and knowledgeably , both ears cleared completely in under 20 mins, fantastic. Easy to book online and conveniently available. Free local 1 hour parking was a bonus. Nice treatment room felt relaxed and comfortable. Much better that specsavers who require you to self prep for days before, then squirt high pressure water into your ear (which hurts) and takes longer. I will always book with Simon in the future

It was simple , clearly explained through the process , punctual and my results are effective !

I visited The Ear Specialist as my right ear was completely blocked. The treatment I received was exemplary. I was listened to and Simon really took the time to hear my concerns and explain what the diagnosis was and how to apply treatment.
The microsuction was pain free.

An excellent experience with Simon at The Cowes Clinic. Very easy to book an appointment at short notice. The service provided is excellent. Any procedure is carried out in a very professional manner as well as being friendly and reassuring. Simon is very informative, gives great and advice where needed. I would highly recommend him.
