Thanks to the EBC for the great service provided and a great product! They were brilliant in helping me find the right solution for my project and explaining to my contractor how to prepare for the installation of the blind. Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be in touch again when we build our kitchen extension!

We are extremely satisfied with the level of customer service received, from measuring to the fitting of our fabulous new blind ,the electronic blind co. really have exceeded our expectations. From measuring and ordering to fitting, everything has just gone so smoothly, and I have to say the quality is fantastic.

The blind housing had started to detatch from the ceiling, but this was no problem for The Electric Blind Company - they sent an installer straight away to sort it out for me. What made it a great experience though is that they accommodated my upcoming travel schedule and got it sorted before going away!

Both hardwired and battery operated blinds fitted in two of our rooms - great communication from the company throughout the process with Dawn and Gemma and Jack did a great job during the fitting process. Would definitely recommend.

We have had some sliding doors fitted in our living room and wanted some electric blinds to give it the extra touch.

After having looked at three firm's websites, we found The Electric Blind Company to be by far the most impressive. We spoke to Gemma and Dawn who were so helpful with our initial quote and invited us to their impressive showroom.

We placed the order the next day and Gemma kept us updated at every stage from the initial survey to the fitting process.

Jack who did the survey and the actual fitting was so professional and gave us some great ideas. There were some complications with the the new plaster on the wall but Jack was brilliant at finding a solution and did a great job.

We needed a bespoke electric blind with graphics printed on it for one of our clients, it took a bit longer than expected but was definitely worth the wait. It looked fantastic and client is very happy.

We were looking for some very discreet blinds to bw retro-fitted into a new kitchen/dining room with metal type windows. A quick trip to the showroom convinced us that The Electric Blind Company were the best people locally to deal with. Very knowledgable and professional made it easy to make a quick decision. A fast ballpark quotation and then quick follow up for measuring and a final price. Bespoke blinds than very nicely fitted quickly and working perfectly. Cannot fault, not cheap but you get what you pay for.

I wanted a perfectly fitted and unobtrusive set of blinds and that is exactly what I now have. The "customer experience" provided by everyone in the team was very professional throughout, including useful assistance with the choice of fabric and updates on the measuring and fitting of the blinds. Whilst more expensive than measuring, ordering and fitting blinds myself, the results are undoubtedly far better and constitute good value for the money spent.

We are super happy with our blinds. Very high quality product and excellent service from Chris, Jack and Dawn. A couple of minor issues with the initial fit were resolved quickly and efficiently. Obviously not the cheapest but I feel we have blinds that will last for years so good value. Overall highly recommended.
