Ordered a full evohome kit. Some parts were out of stock (clearly stated on the website). I was kept informed when stock was coming back in regularly and the order was dispatched promptly when stock became available.
I ordered tech support and the forum has been very useful to avoid pitfalls.

Ordered a full set of kit for our new heat pump system. Acknowledged, dispatched and delivered quickly. What more can you ask. They also sell a technical support package but after emailing was given alternatives before splashing out. Nice. Spoke to them before I bought which was very useful. Would reccomend

Brilliant results on a very old…
Brilliant results on a very old plumbing system. I was able to just replace the existing trv's and pair up the system think I deleted what was preprogrammed but found it easy to setup from scratch. Not bad for a technophobe.
Now I have one or two rooms heating when needed instead of 7.
Even my hubby is impressed, he thought it was a mad idea and was having nothing to do with it, but he's changed his mind and it only took me just over an hour to fit and program everything as luckily I didn't need to drain down the system.
My son even complained it was too warm...not something I have ever heard said...would have been inclined to put on an extra layer till now. Thanks so much fab system Fiona
