Good website and efficient service.

I needed details about whether both lights dimmed [they do!] and the person on the end of the phone couldn't have been more helpful. I was most impressed with the speed of their delivery. Well done, and thanks, Famous Little Lamp Shop.

I ordered online and called to see when delivery might be as the fixture is made to order. The FLLS staff called the manufacturer to hurry them up so we had the light before Christmas, and called me back regularly with updates. And when they packed the lamp and forwarded it, they included a bulb - something no other suplier seems to think to do. Great, old-fahsioned service - thank you.

Have bought a number of lights from The Famous Little Lamp Shop. They have a huge range of products to suit every budget and taste. They are knowledgeable and helpful and if you are near the showroom it is a wonderful place to visit in addition to the great website.

What with black friday and cyber monday just gone, the whole country went crazy with orders, and this wonderful shop was inundated... however, they took the time to phone me and reassure me that my delivery would still get to me, and it arrived exactly within the hour time frame suggested. They were extremely pleasant and helpful with all my enquiries and we've now got absolutely beautiful lights on our roof terrace...
