This is for all small businesses

This is for all small businesses — stay away from this company. The app is terrible, the technical support is some of the worst I’ve experienced, and payments are always late… or even worse, sometimes they go missing entirely.

When you report missing payments, it takes days for them to sort it out, and when they finally do, they end up charging you even more in fees.

Avoid this company like the plague We…

Avoid this company like the plague We have been with these for over 5 years. As our business has grown we have asked them to update our menu on their platform. They refused and said we would have to do it ourselves. We asked again and we're told the same. From when we first started the business our menu has grown and grown. We also have Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo whom when we ask if you can update our menu its not a problem, they do it without any chew. We don't have time to spend hours upon hours to update our menu on all platforms. We then had a problem with their terminal where we just had a blank screen, when we reported it originally over a year ago they said we would need to send it back at our expense. Its their machine that's faulty why should we pay to return it. So they sorted out that we could still receive orders where we would get a text message when a order arrives which when your busy you don't always hear, then you have to go into their app see what the order is and its so cumbersome. Four weeks ago we recieved a message asking if we still wanted to continue with them, I told them the problems we had, had faulty machine, menu updates etc and how our business model had increased. They were suddenly interested because of our turnover, all of a sudden they said the would update the menu, change it to delivery instead of collection and also arranged to pick up their faulty machine. Amazing when they think there going to make alot of money, what they will do. Got a message saying the machine was faulty and they would not replace the machine but put us on a 3 month trial by only using messaging and the app which is absolutely no use whatsoever. They also wanted full control of our Google page and their website adding to it. I would not agree to this as I have had problems with another company who lost our page and it took alit of time and effort to get it back up and running properly. I said once you update the menu online I will add your website to it. I got no further response from this company. They closed the website without informing us.
This company are a complete unprofessional company. If you are thinking of signing up with them be very careful.
As mentioned we are with Just Eat, Uber Eats and Deliveroo and have absolutely no problem with getting menu updates etc.
The people I dealt with who are absolutely no help at all are Roger, Sophie, Ethan and Kirsty. They do not even have the decency to respond to messages sent.
If you value your business avoid at all costs. Oh and foodhouse if your wondering who it is its Top Class Lunchbox
Update they have now closed our website without informing us. Absolute disgusting customer service. Stay with apps you know Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats they are more professional and know what they are doing unlike these muppets
