Fast, simple, had what I was looking for.

Attended the Barnstaple store to resolve an issue I had with an order, spoke to Dawn who made this so much easier and understanding for me. She had help me realise I had not completed my order online but she explained she had it in store, I tried the fragrance and didn't like it so she continued to take her time to help me find a fragrance of which I liked. I have had bad experiences from boots before so was nice to feel valued and spoken to politely. Barnstaple will definitely now be place I go and recommend

Made my purchase Dec 25th! I literally searched 10-12 sites and shops for a specific cologne and finally found it here (it's a gift)! They only had 2 left and I was NOT going to risk running out and having to do another search again, so I bought both. The online purchase process was super fast and easy. I did make the mistake of just showing up to the store the next day (Dec 26th) however, instead of waiting for the pick-up email...I drove all the way from Toronto 😅! I guess I was just too happy I finally found what I was looking for!

The shop owner was amazing, welcoming and very friendly. He was able to find my order and explained how the process works for online purchases - I was super lucky he was there today!

Anyways, this is definitely the place to go for reasonably priced perfumes/colognes.

I know for the next time, to remeber to wait for the pick-up email. I will definitely be making my future purchases here! Thanks a million for all your help!!!
