Gary and Hairycoo’s are the best!
Gary and Hairycoo’s are the best! We booked a 3-day tour and loved every minute. Gary shared history of the various sites we visited, there were many, and kept us entertained throughout the trip with history and music, we couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide! We did a lot of research beforehand of the various companies and decided on Hairycoo’s - we’re very glad we chose them.

Glenfinnan Viaduct, Glencoe, & highlands tour
@michaelhairycoo Was a wonderful guide and could not recommend this tour and him enough. Fun day, great stops, and cool history shared with the group. Even stopped to see, feed and pet highland cows! We participated in the Glenfinnan Viaduct, Glencoe, & highlands tour from Edinburgh.

Mari was so lovely and made the experience all the more great. She told us about the history of the places we visited, had laughs and songs along the way and got us to our visit points and back safely - through a snow blizzard!!!

Best Scottish Experience
I took the Isle of Skye 3-day tour. It was everything I expected and more. My driver-guide was Fraser, a man who obviously loves his job and makes the tour fascinating by telling Scottish stories and legends, while driving you across the beautiful landscapes of the Scottish Highlands. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to discover the Highlands and get great recommendations on where to eat, where to shop (and where to drink!).
Amazing trip!
what an amazing trip! Michael, our driver and guide, was incredibly knowledgeable about Scottish history and culture and balanced his narrative well with a lovely playlist of tunes by Scottish artists that complemented where we were and where we were headed. (The timing was impeccable, not sure how he did it.) I don't think people realize how much time it takes to create something like that (over a 12 to 13 hour period to boot). (He had a fairly difficult crowd BTW.) The day is long but goes by quickly, punctuated by well-timed stops of historical, cultural, and turistic value, not to mention very clean (thank you) toilet breaks. It rained a fair amount at Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle and was pretty close to freezing at a few other stops, but well worth it; the Highlands are nothing short of jaw droppingly beautiful. Thank you so much!
Wonderful experience

Peter was the best driver
Peter was the best driver! Was an amazing day even though it was raining all day.
Highly recommended!! ❤️
Booked the 3 day Highland tour for my daughter's 18th birthday from Edinburgh. We got the train up from Glasgow and I can honestly say it was such a blast. The bus looks cool, is clean and decently priced for the whole experience. From the minute we met up at our spot in Edinburgh on day 1, they had everyone organised into neat wee piles so we all knew where we were going. Our driver was Ross. From the start he has been so friendly, welcoming and funny. His driving was safe and fun. His commentary was great and had many laughs from everyone. It was amazing to hear about all of our history, learnt a few new things. The scenery was beyond beautiful. Ross deserves a raise! He really was a pleasure and made the whole experience fun and engaging. We would definitely recommend this trip to others. Would love to book another one in the future. 5 stars!
Ps. Ross didn't threaten us to give him five stars. I promise 👀
Great guide, easy way to see the Highlands
Ross was a great guide and driver, friendly and informative. I’d recommend this tour to friends in Spain—perfect if you want to see the Highlands without driving long hours yourself.
Nice Tour with Ross
We had a great experience with Ross as our driver during our three-day trip through the Highlands, Inverness, and the Isle of Skye. He was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable from the start.
His positive attitude and sense of humor made the journey really enjoyable, and he adapted perfectly to our pace. One of the best parts was the music—his playlists were fantastic and introduced us to Scottish music, making the experience even more special.
Ross truly made the trip more memorable, and we would definitely recommend him.
