Excellent quick service
After going to numerous websites at the top of Google search Ads. Filling all my details and then on the last page reading sorry this date is now full. I stumbled on this by chance, not only did they have the vacant date and time I needed. The technician was very nice and quick. He provided me with all the details I needed just incase there was a delay in getting my certificate which there wasn’t. He said you’ll get it next day pre 12, email arrived 11:38.

Not great
I paid for a PCR test but I’m pretty sure I was tested using a lateral flow test. I work in health care so I’m familiar with what the tests look like. Also, I had to chase them for the results as they weren’t emailed through to me on time.

All tests are verified by our labs who issue a path number without which a certificate and QR code cannot be generated. As we are in a peak season and labs are busier than usual it sometimes may take a little longer for results to come back.
high cancellation charges for PCR tests
I booked two pre-flight PCR tests, but had to cancel as my destination was put on the "red-list". The cancellation charges are quite high, at £25 per test (not per booking), which is unreasonably high in my opinion and not proportional to the effort required to cancel a booking. However, the remaining amount was refunded quickly.
I would not recommend booking a test too far in advance due to the high cancellation charges.

We try our best to satisfy customer needs. All customers have the option of taking a voucher for PCR instead which is valid for 6 months extendable. All cancellation charges are on our policy statement before bookings a test.
