Good quality radiator shelf looks great but the wood is not quite finished properly
The radiator shelf is good quality and looks great but the satin finish still left some rough to the touch edges which I then needed to smooth with finest sandpaper. It is not visibly rough but it is not up to standard. I have raised the issue with Heritage and they acknowledge this is not good enough, that they should be smooth. I hope they can get this right as I would like to order more.

The delivery of the radiator shelf was very quick. The wooden shelf itself was reasonable, but the metal brackets were poor and one broke off making the shelf useless.

Faulty goods supplied; company refused to replace.
Despite following all guidelines, the door we purchased warped significantly. The company refused to replace and only offered £15.00 discount off a replacement door at a cost of £300.00. This door was supplied however due to illness was unable to be unpacked for one week. On unpacking, the door was split in two areas at the ends making it unusable. This was reported immediately however two rather blunt emails were received stating that it was our fault for not opening the package within 24 hours. Hugely disappointing as we have used the company on several occasions previously but will not be returning. From the photographs supplied it was clear that it was a manufacturing fault, and this should have been remedied. A warning to any future customers.

Our couriers only allow us to claim for any damage within 24 hours of the delivery which is why we try to make it clear that all items need to be checked as soon as possible after deliver by sticking labels on the packaging and putting it on the delivery notes and in our terms and conditions we send over.
As it had been a week from you accepting the door to informing us that there was any damage we were unfortunately not able to authorise a collection and replacement in this instance. We do understand that this is frustrating however it is our company policy and we do do our best to ensure that we make customers aware that deliveries need to be checked upon delivery to help avoid this situation.
We do sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Excellent customer service, I ordered a v-grooved wooden door at the beginning of the week and it arrived by the end of the week in perfect condition.

Radiator shelves - shelves well made and good quality, screws for fitting poor.
The two radiator shelves were of good quality and as I hoped. The screws on the fittings for the shelves were of bad quality and we had to replace them with better quality screws ,so that was annoying, but overall happy with product and service.
