Just came back from a short 5 night break with my wife. It was simply Fab!! ....and all thanks to Adry Capodanno, the Holiday Fixer! Thoroughly professional in every word.! ..she took on all the stress of finding, arranging & booking the right holiday... from flights to resort accommodation & airport transfers....and was always eager to answer any questions.

Just had my holiday confirmed by Rachel Struel the holiday fixer. Rachel was incredibly professional during the whole process. I can’t believe how easy it was, having given her my wish list she absolutely came up trumps. Highly recommend Rachel and will be asking her to organise my next trip.

Pri helped us book a holiday to Tenerife recently. We had a few requirements before we travelled that Pri was able to assist with. This was all done very quickly and we travelled with no outstanding issues. When we checked into our room we were met with a lovely note from Pri and a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch.

My Partner and I were looking for a LGBT friendly country for a winter sun Holiday and Britt organize a 3 day stop over in Bangkok and then 7 days in Krabi Thailand.
It was the easiest experience we had on arranging a holiday and was definitely one of our best ever holidays together in 17 years. Thank you to Britt and the Holiday fixer team.

Joanne was excellent from start to finish and made our holiday so easy and straight forward. From booking the hotel we wanted, to payments, reminders, updates to changes of flight times, checking us in and printing off our boarding passes. As a complete novice this made planning for our holiday so much easier and stress free. Thank you Jo, for a wonderful holiday, we will definitely be using your services again.

Priyanka organised a 10 year anniversary trip to Cape Town for my wife and I, and was brilliant. She was responsive and very helpful with our queries, and we had a fantastic time. Would recommend!

Priyanka was really helpful in suggesting a great range of options for our family holiday to Gran Canaria. She ensured we found the best value flights and she understood our requirements for a family friendly hotel, which really hit the mark.

Booking with Andrea was a real pleasure. We have never used an agent before, always going with own planning and finding as was never fully sure we would be on the same wavelength. Andrea totally listened to what we wanted from a holiday and gave us lots of options to choose from. Once decided she sorted everything out, printed everything off and kept checking in. I felt confident we had the right holiday for us. Would definitely recommend for anyone thinking they might need a hand in finding the right place for them.

We had the most wonderful trip of a lifetime. Carrie was absolutely brilliant. She worked so hard to perfect our multi centre trip, including expectations, wish list and budget. While we were away she checked in with us to ensure all was well and even checked in our flights as a standard service. I would 100% use Carrie again and recommend her to everyone. She cared for our trip as though it was her own. It’s rare to have someone who places such wonderful customer service into their job. Thank you Carrie.

What a wonderful way to travel! Josie provided an amazing service, with plenty of options that were exactly what we were looking for. She made the experience of booking a holiday stress free and at an amazing price too! Couldn’t recommend Josie and this service enough, will definitely be back again :) x

I was a last minute holiday .Andrea organised very quickly . Found a fabulous hotel with a sea view .she was fantastic she was so helpful going above and beyond . Helping me boarding passes as my tech knowledge not to good . Thank you had a fab time. I can highly recommend her and will be using her again thank you

I’d like to thank Joanna for organising an amazing ski trip for me and my family. She provided us with lots of different options and we finally selected the hotel in Saalbach-Hinteglemm in Austria.

Joanna is super proactive and really makes an effort to understand our needs and provides lots of different options. The whole experience was seamless and Exceptional.

Gemma took our brief for our first family trip to Paris and ran with it. We wanted a mini break so that we could introduce our children to the city.

Gemma suggested a great hotel in a brilliant location, close to transport links and family friendly accommodation, organised transport that suited our timetable and meant the children weren't too tired. She suggested various itineraries and sent us articles on things to see and do - particularly useful when visiting in February!

I cant recommend Gemma highly enough. Want a stress free holiday - look no further.

100% recommend Carrie to everyone. We hadn't been on holiday since before covid, so this was our first time trying to find a family holiday suitable for 2 young children. We tried looking ourselves and became stuck on where the location as well as hotel.
After reaching out to Carrie, she asked what our musts were, what we thought we wanted, anything which was a deal breaker, and our budget to then come back with 3 options. The options were provided in a very professional and clear layout and Carrie isn't at all pushy.
We went forward with one of the options (we've just come back and it really hit the spot!), and Carrie was so helpful through the booking/payment and providing more information when it was required.
A fantastic service that we will absolutely be using again. Carrie takes the effort and stress out of finding a holiday, and provides so much more than just finding and booking the holiday. I was close to giving up on finding a holiday, so am so glad I found Carrie!

I would like to recommend Joanna who helped us with a multi destination holiday to the Maldives, Australia, and Dubai. She took all the stress and worry away, with her knowledge, advice and arranging everything. There was never any worry as I knew Joanna was always contactable. A big thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Britt organised our honeymoon to the Maldives and just recently a trip to South Africa & safari. I couldn’t recommend her enough, she has so much knowledge and experience to give amazing advice on destinations and where and when to book. The whole process is made simple and easy as she takes all of the stress and admin out of organising a holiday. All we did was tell her what we wanted and she did the rest!
