Damaged

bought as Mothers' Day gift and when arrived was in 3 boxes and item (warthog) had broken leg - very disappointed

Hi, I’m really sorry your warthog arrived damaged—especially as it was a Mother’s Day gift, I understand how disappointing that must have been.

I did respond to your message and asked for clear photos of the damage and packaging so I could raise this with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. I haven’t yet received those
