Fantastic packing and removal service - they made the move so easy. Very professional and helpful at every point. The team of packers were friendly, accommodating and very respectful. Couldn’t recommend the London Removal Company more. Definitely took the stress out of moving.

Despite my initial concerns about trusting anyone to move valuable and bulky items, this team were spot on and took great care whilst working in impossible heat (34C).
It’s hard to put your trust in any company you’ve had no experience of, but I will defo use them for any moves in the future and recommend to all my friends.

Amazing. The packers came and packed my flat up in no time. They packed everything with care. I put my stuff into storage for 2 months and then moved everything into my new place. The delivery was smooth and everything was put where I needed it. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them the next time I move

I can't judge what this company's removal service is like but their customer care is terrible. I wanted to book them to move my belongings to the south of France and was told that they would send someone to do a survey so they could give me a quote. That appointment was then cancelled and I was informed that he would now be coming over a week later. I stayed in all morning on this day waiting for him but no-one turned up. I waited a couple of days for an explanation or maybe to re-schedule another visit and as I hadn't heard from them I emailed them. I still haven't had a reply or apology for wasting my time.

We needed to move my brother and elderly mother from London to Wales so the move was split over 2 days, with pack and travel the first and delivery the second. 5 guys were sent for the pack and they were great. Worked really hard and got the job done very efficiently. Second day was stressful but only because that was completion day so we weren’t sure when we’d get the keys. The guys kept in contact and stayed at their overnight location for as long as possible to minimise waiting time at our property which helped with managing the clock to not run out. Really appreciated that. Fortunately we completed mid-afternoon and the boys cracked on with similar gusto. Very polite, helpful and patient. Keep the tea and coffee coming whilst they’re grafting and everybody is happy! Great admin support. Again, friendly, professional and helpful. Excellent service - thank you.

From my first contact with the company to hit some boxes they were professional and bent over backwards to be helpful.
The sale of our house was very stressful at times but the removals was one part of the process that was easy. During the run up to the move someone was always on hand to answer questions and offer advice.
Moving day itself ran so smoothly. Billy and the team showed up nice and early and the lorry was expertly loaded in no time. Unloading of the lorry was just as seamless. Due to their expertise our goods came off in perfect condition.
I cannot recommend London Removal Company enough.

Everyone was very helpful, quick, efficient and custom focused, I would recommend LRC to any of my friends who were moving. I particularly appreciated the fact that you sent some one along the day after the move to plumb in the washing machine which could not be done on the day due to difficulty of access.

Always a quick response to emails etc. Friendly service. Packed up our furniture without us being present, stored it for a few months then delivered it to our new address on our chosen date. We were very happy.
