Shocking service
Shocking service - paid £50 to stop the mattress going to landfill, doing a good thing.
Website says they bring protective bags and collect from the property - courier says they don’t bring bags, don’t collect from properties and cancel the collection 20 minutes before they are due. Mattress now downstairs and blocking the hallway.
No phone number to contact/complain/escalate - no interest from the parent company.
I’m left £50 put of pocket and feel very misled by the website and the company claims.

Made a reservation for a mattress…and got nothing despite being charged.
Made a reservation for a mattress pick-up on 5 December and got confirmation that ours would be picked up on 20 December. Then called a few days ahead to confirm that this was still the case but the actual phone number goes to Arrow XL, and was told by Carole that there was no scheduled delivery until the following week (after the date at which we are required to vacate the premises) and that she had no knowledge of the company that contracted this. And, then told that refund is not possible despite the fact that they did not provide the contracted service. If I could give this company a 0 star, I would. No phone number for contact, no way to get our money back and most importantly two mattresses sitting in our home which we now have two days to sort. Don't use this company unless you have the ability to do the job yourself when they don't show up.

Changed order from 2 to 1 via online email and asked for refund 3 days prior to collection.
Already paid £90 but should have been £45.00
No response and no refund.
Would not use again or recommend.

The principle of this company is wonderful. Unfortunately their customer service skills and that of their couriers leaves too much to be desired. No amount of calling their representative or emailing the company receives the courtesy of a response,
Over a week has passed since another promised phone call has failed to materialise.
