Overall excellent but.....
Overall excellent. Only criticism was that there was a lack of communication regarding a long delay/wait on day of op. Told I was first - was prepared early for 8 30am to go to theatre - still waiting at 10 30 and had to pro-actively ask a couple of times what was happening - vague answers re. theatre not communicating. But, generally a really good experience.
