I purchased a MIC from micstore and had problems with unrelated software which the team perservered with and sorted for me.

Tremendous service.

My MicStore experience started off well. I made an initial enquiry and the advice that I was given was very helpful. I then placed an order. However, my order took over a month to arrive and when it did, one of the microphones was not suitable for my purposes and had to be returned. I believe that the time that is took my order to arrive was partially due to adverse weather conditions contributing to late stock arrivals. However, it would have been good for someone to keep me informed of this rather than me needing to keep enquiring as to where my order had got to. Also, once I discovered that one of the microphones was not suitable it was replaced the next day.

I ordered a radio mic with headset for my wife to use in our dance classes.
When there was a delay in obtaining the case that I ordered to go with it, the Mic store sent the mic out and the case followed on later at no extra cost.
Sadly the headset was to large to fit my wife. I phoned the mic store and they advised me of a suitable alternative which I ordered. I returned the first headset and got a very prompt refund.
There was a delay in getting the new headset from the manufacturer and I received regular progress reports via email. In the meantime they were able to supply a new
windshield for a mic that is over twenty years old!
The new headset has now arrived and is better than I could have hoped for.
Great advice, excellent and friendly service. Cannot speak too highly of them.

Good service - I got what I wanted.

It has to be said that one rarely encounters the gold-plated standard of service these days. However, I was very, very pleased with the way The MicStore did business. By far the best value and with a quality of service that in my humble opinion is difficult to match. They've raised the bar by being very good...keep it up guys!

Had some in ear monitors reserved for me, I called up to order them and was extremely impressed with the process and also the friendly staff. My product arrived a couple of days later, packaged well and with no problems. Would definitely recommend!

We had some initial queries before making our purchase with the Mic Store. Both members of the Sales Team were very helpful and patient whilst we went through these. We purchased the goods which arrived promptly as promised the next day. 10 out of 10 for quality of serivce and quality of products. Used the Chatline and a phone call while trying to put together a combination of elements for wireless transmission from a mic to a camera and PA. MicStore advisor was helpful, didn't push their own product too hard. Bought part of the system from them; it arrived next day and all's good.

Possibly one of the most helpful companies I have ever dealt with!
One of the guys spent about an hour with me trying to sort out a noise problem I have with a lavalier mic. They can't have made any money from the effort but their interest in my issue seemed to become their problem. Not many around like this!

Good stock range, fast efficient service, competitively priced

Thought I had ordered a Rycote Miniscreen, as the 'System' did not say 'Out of Stock'
and took payment. I checked the following day to ask them to confirm delivery, and was told they had ordered it for me from Rycote. It may just have been the computer system getting it's knickers in a twist but annoying. Why can't all systems tell you that they have no stock? I am told that companies are desperate for sales, but I have disposable cash, and find it difficult to order items without a load of hassle..............

Communication was very poor in terms of keeping me updated with the delivery of a purchase. It seems that no one particular person took it upon themselves to take ownership of the issue. I had to take it upon myself to chase the status up. The product was ordered on the 18th November and still hasn't been delivered at the time of writing on the 17th December, although I have now received a confirmation of dispatch.

Excellent advice and friendly, not pushy. I priced it all at other places but ended up getting it all here as overall they were the same price and I could get it all from one place and it came next day. I did'nt know what mic, cable and stand I needed for our clavinova but they told me what ones would be suitable and they are perfect!

The web site says "In stock, same-day dispatch up to 3:30pm" I ordered my item at 11:30 on a Friday morning but it wasn't dispatched till Monday.

I needed to buy lavalier mics and all the stuff that goes with it. As I am a complete amateur, "Shed" on the phone found out exactly what I wanted to record, then gave me great recommendations for what I needed. Excellent.
