I called up for advice with little mic knowledge and talked to Shed who couldnt have been more helpful and patient. Bought the mic that day, mostly based on his sound advice (no pun intended!) and have had no problems with it. Asked their opinion for what i needed as was recommened the middle priced one with absolutely no pressure. Would definitely use them again based on my experience - 5 Stars.

I was not sure which mic would suit me, I called the number on the site, they answered immediately and gave me knowledgeable technical advice. No buying pressure. I placed the order from the site and received the mic next day. It worked as described.

Excellent standard delivery service from UPS - order tracking particularly useful. I bought a Trantec S4.4H Handheld Radio Mic System and an XLR lead, used it at a folk dance club on the evening of delivery. First rate performance at a reasonable cost. Thank you MicStore.

Can't praise The Mic Store enough. Had a problem with my Samson mic and needed a replacement pronto. They managed to get me next day delivery late in the day and are getting my broken mic fixed/replaced. What more could you ask.

If you want good advice from people who know the business, and a wide range of kit to choose from, look no further. You'll be talking to real people who know what they're talking about. And good prices, good service and good follow-up. Not necessarily the cheapest prices you can find, but my experience is that if it's too cheap, you won't like the service and the follow up! A good experience all round.

Im amused to be asked my opinion of your service when i have been waiting so long for the delivery that still hasn't arrived. had i known it would take so long I would have sourced the microphone elsewhere. at no time during the order and payment process was I ever told it was going to take so long. I very much doubt that i will order from you again but I still hope im going to receive this microphone in the very near future.

I would highly recommend this company, the website was really easy to use, I chose high quality products(Rode) which were competitively priced and the delivery was really quick ( next day) and tracked all the way.

I found the whole experience of selecting the right kind of Mic was relatively easy due to the excellent advice given to me by the Customer Service person [Shed in this case]. They even let me try one and there was a no quibble exchange for another make when I didn't like the first one. I would definitely recommend them

MicStore were knowledgeable and courteous on the phone when I called for information. Pointed me to the right system. Equipment arrived very quickly. When one of the components failed, a replacement came within a day. Highly recommended!

It has now been over a week since i have ordered my blue spark microphone and understanding that it takes 4-5 days to come from denmark i fail to understand why it has not yet arrived via ups special delivery as stated, whats more is the lack of communication as i do not wish to pay them more money by calling their premium rate number i have sent many emails only to get an automated response.

It is clear that 99% of the reviews for this site are faked and probably made by the company to make themselves look better the chances are most of you won't read this until it is to late and have ordered their product, this is not a business more of a joke and will certainly not be using their service again, in fact the only reason i am using this website is for its competitive prices against dv247 which is a lot better service which is near to me and the mic i required had just sold out now i wish that i had just waited and brought from them.

Take this advice themicstore.com if you wish to make any money at all then fix up your service and business skills before its to late one day someone will take legal action against your false promises and will put you out of business, the music industry has no time or space for businesses like you and the fact your still in business makes me sick.

I called The Mic Store to find out about video mics and for advice on which one would suit. I got directly through to a human being which makes a pleasant change these days. The expert wasn't in but sure enough he DID call back. There was no hard pitch sales just sound advice as to what would best suit in my price range. I ordered on the spot and the product arrived (in Spain) just a few days later. I'd have no hesitation in shopping there again
