Jack and Nasreen were great to work with on our house move over the course of many months. I first reached out to Jack in the spring and he had a long conversation with me laying out our options for mortgages and what our circumstances would allow. He was extremely knowledgeable and communicated fast and efficiently throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move or remortgage. We will 100% be using Mortgage Mentors again in the future.

Jack and Naz were fab! Everyone always says buying a house will be one of the most stressful times in your life and as a first time buyer, to hear that was very daunting! I can safely say, it has NOT been one of the most stressful times of my life and I’d like to give some of that credit to the brilliant Jack and Naz :)
Everything went through in 6 weeks (new build) from the day we instructed the solicitors (recommended by Jack) - what a miracle! Both contacts at The Mortgage Mentors were always just an email away for any questions we had - and we had a lot - and all answers were explained in detail which was super important for us.
Jack walked us through the mortgage application process and once that was set up, Naz ensured we were provided with regular updates and chased where necessary!
We were also spoken to - in depth - about all sorts of income protection and insurances and there was no negativity when we chose not to set any up through Jack. This was our choice and does not reflect on The Mortgage Mentors at all!

Couldn’t recommend Chris and Nas more to anyone looking for mortgage advice. As a first time buyer, it’s a daunting prospect, but Chris took the time to explain everything and made the whole process an utter breeze! Both really helpful and very responsive. An 10/10 experience all round!

This was our third mortgage but first time using a mortgage broker and I wish we had done it before! Chris held our hand through the whole process, from exploring our options 6 months before our current mortgage expired, updating us as rates changed, researching lots of different options that we asked him about, and giving us really clear advice about which were the best products for our situation. We hit a few timing snags at the last minute but Nasreen chased everything for us daily and we ended up completing right on time which was a huge relief and very much down to their hard work on our behalf. Chris and Nasri are really helpful for helping us getting mortgage. Our situation is pretty complicated as we have one HTB property on hand which preventing us getting a second property. Chris spent very long time helping us creating full plan for remortgaging existing HTB property under BTL mortgage as well as getting obtaining mortgage for our new property. From the bottom of my heart, I genuinely can’t even put into words my amazing experience with Jack and Naz. From start to finish the communication was fantastic, any questions (no matter how crazy) were answered thoroughly, any worries/issues were always immediately put to rest. I can't recommend Chris and Nasreen highly enough. They have provided really helpful and knowledgable support to us as we narrowed down options and arrived at a decision - and then were always on hand for follow-up questions.
