Mortgage Mentors were excellent specifically Chris & Nasreen (Naz). They handled my 2 buy to let mortgages and I was so impressed that I offered them another ie total of 3. Communication was excellent especially when dealing with complex mortgages and they took on the role to resolve any issues that occurred on the way and went beyond any expectations. Absolutely fantastic…Jack and Naz have been brilliant. Jack was recommended to us by a family member and we’re glad he was! We had a bit of a hiccup as the house is complicated but Jack resolved this easily. Naz has also been nudging the sale along too which is hugely appreciated.
They’re both really responsive to our questions and it’s been minimal stress.
